One day at a time: May 2013

I am getting bad about writing things down. Is this a sign...? :)
- I'm pretty sure I already wrote this before, but he can say his own name. He says WyWy. Even if you ask him to say, Wyatt, he says WyWy. Instead of saying "my turn" or "mine", he says WyWy. It's pretty funny. I think it's because I'll say, "Mommy do it?" or "wywy do it?"
- My sister-in-law and niece came to visit. Mackenzie is thinking of attending George Fox so she attended the preview weekend. It was so fun to have them come visit our neck of the woods.

- He randomly had this throwing up weirdness. I called and the doctor office said that it was intermittent throwing up.
- We are in limbo between Wyatt's old pediatrician and his new one. We have just recently switched to Kaiser insurance since it is WAY cheaper! I LOVED our old pediatrician and hope someday we can go back to him. Our new one is just ok but the office I do not like. They called (without having Wy's new records) to say that he was overdue for vaccines. I called old pediatrician and they said he was all caught up. What the heck!? Who would tell you to get a vaccination when you don't. So annoyed, if you can't tell!
- We went to Walla Walla with our friends - Armstrongs and Ainley's. Altogether there were 6 adults and 6 kids! He was still in the midst of his throwing up weirdness when we went. It was just so weird because he would throw up but be completely normal. We decided to go to walla walla. He ended up throwing up in the car on the way out. I think it was partly because he was carsick and we gave him some food. It was so nasty. It was so hard to get him cleaned up when we had to pull off on the freeway!! I, being pregnant, was about to pee my pants as well and totally went on the side of the road!! HA! What an adventure!

- The night we got back he ended up getting a fever (sunday night - wednesday night)
- I called and talked and Dr. Moshofsky (old ped.) ended up calling me back. So nice of him. Now that Wyatt's records have been transferred over I should probably stop calling his old pediatricians office...letting go. :)
- On Thursday he developed a slight rash. I ended up taking him in on Friday afternoon and he had impetigo/folliculitus. They gave him antibiotics and it cleared. Unfortunately it was contagious...this kid!!
- He started saying "Thank you"
- Wy's gonna have a little brother!!! We are so excited!
- My friend Jackie came to visit. We had fun hanging out with her and her kiddos at Old Spaghetti Factory for lunch.
