19 months

There is a lot to report on this month with Christmas behind us. Wyatt is growing up so fast.
- Wyatt had his 18 month appointment. He was sick when we took him him with a fever. Dr. Moshofsky said that the next time Wyatt has a fever to bring him in within 24 hours because they will do blood work to figure out what is going on with all these fevers.
       - height: 33.25 in (76%)
       - weight: 26lb 13oz (62%)
       - head: 49.5 cm (89%)
- He is saying so many words: momma, dada, chee (cheese), go, hot, ball, ba (balloon), den (again), nana (banana), nana (milk), Amy, papa, poo (spoon), truck, dog, Jesus, couch, stuck, no, bubble, bible, pop (and I'm sure more)
- First time leaving him with someone other than family, as well as bedtime. Ruthanne watched Wyatt while we went to Andrew's work Christmas party at the Red Hills Market in Dundee. It was such a cute place and I hope we go back. Wyatt did so good with Ruthanne. He didn't even cry when we left. Maybe it's because he was distracted by eating. :) She was really great with him.
- Wy likes to repeat some of the words we say. He's getting so big!
- Just started saying up ("bup"). He'll put both of his arms up and say "bup"..cute!
- He took his shirt off when he was suppose to be napping. It was one of those thermal ones that stretches and instead of going to sleep he was playing and standing and taking shirts off! :)
- We have a busy kid. He learned how to open the fridge. We've got to find something to put on there or I'm gonna lose my mind.
- We went to see the zoo lights. Let's just say we probably won't go next year. I would recommend going on the earlier end. It was fun, but we had to wait in line for over an hour to get onto the train. The train ride was only about 7 minutes with lights on both sides. It was very cool, but I almost would have liked to just walk around the zoo to see all the lights. Oh well...next time.
- He got a really bad cold (his first real cough he's ever had). We ended up taking him in a couple days later (Monday) to find out he had a double ear infection and an upper respiratory infection. Poor kid! He was miserable and so glad we could get some antibiotics to at least clear up the ear infections. The URI had to clear up on its own, which seemed to go away by the end of the week. HOORAY!
- We celebrated our Christmas on Christmas Eve. Wyatt opened a couple things we got him and then we walked over to Chapters. Wyatt loves just hanging out and playing with the typewriter they have. It was the perfect family Christmas. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas night at my parents.
- We went to the grotto with my family and the Luttrells. I don't think we've ever been. It was fun to see all of their lights and they had a really cool petting zoo we took Rae and Wyatt to.
- That following Monday, our niece, Emrie, was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with RSV. It was extremely scary and so serious that she was taken to the PICU. Apparently, Raegan, has it too! Since she is older they said it will just go away on its own. Keep them in your prayers.
