One more month until my baby is 1 year old. What the heck!? Where has the time gone. (side note: I had the whole blog typed out and for whatever reason it didn't get saved. I'm sure I'm missing something here...oh well. ughh!)
- We celebrated Easter at our house this year. It's always fun to have family over.
- Wyatt loves the stairs. He could seriously spend all day going up! One time he left the room I was in and it didn't take very long before I heard a THUD! He had crawled up the stairs (maybe 4 or 5) and fell all the way down. Amy was watching him, but doesn't quite know how that works on the stairs. She was sitting right next to him, not behind him. It was seriously so scary. He was all worked up and crying so hard. I think I got all worked up too because I didn't see it happen and don't totally know how it happened. He got a little bump on his head, but nothing else.

- We went to the beach just the three of us. It was a perfect weekend! We went to the McMenamins at the beach, where Wyatt got his first kid's meal. It was great that he could eat off the menu, but also will be more when we eat out now! :) We ordered him a grilled cheese sandwich and tots! He loved it!
- We went for a walk on the beach and were going to let Wy walk on the beach to feel the sand. Well, he wasn't a fan of the sandy beach. He immediately started crying. (hard crying) I'm thinking maybe it was just the feeling of the sand in between his toes. He also didn't want us to stand him up when we got back to the beach house. Weird little boy! The beach house was only like a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was a little scary because it was a townhouse and so where we hung out there was stairs going up and stairs going down.
- Raegan (our niece) celebrated her 1st birthday! Kelley did a great job planning everything. I helped her with some of the decorations. Mom and I made the fabric banner, which I love. I helped Kelley with the tissue pom poms for the cupcakes. They turned out adorable!
- Andrew, Mark, and I went in on some red Toms for Rae's birthday. They are absolutely adorable. Apparently she loves them too. What girl wouldn't love shoes, right!? :)
- At her party, Wyatt said 'dog' and 'woof'
- I can't believe that Wyatt's going to be 1 soon. [4 weeks and counting] I have started thinking about planning his birthday party, but haven't really done anything.
- At the end of this month, Wyatt got sick. He started waking up in the middle of the night so we thought that maybe he was teething again. Then he got a fever and I wasn't sure if you could get such a high temperature with teething. His temperature reached 103.7 at one point. We called the doctor after 24 hours regarding his high temp. They said to keep watching it and keep giving him fluids. We called back after 48 and 72 hours as well. They kept saying to watch it and if he still had a temp in two more days to bring him in...well that second day it was gone. Praise the Lord! They also said if he got a rash after the fever went away it is probably Roseola, but we didn't need to bring in. (nothing you can do for it) It was just the weirdest thing because he would be happy and smiley and then all clingy and whiny. He only ever had the fever and nothing else. The sickness started a few days before turning 11 months and then a couple days after.
- I love him SO much. He really is such a great baby!
