9 weeks.

I am way behind on blogging. We were busy packing and getting things ready for the big move. The big move happened and now that we have settle a bit, I can blog yet again. You will see a few blog posts to get me up to date. [most of it is just for me to document it]

Wyatt went to church for the first time at nine weeks. We went as a staff for part of debrief. It was great, even though I stayed in the quiet room the whole time nursing him.

This week he also slept through the night for the FIRST time. WOOHOO! We couldn't believe it. I literally woke up wondering if I had done a middle of the night feeding. I was so confused. ha! He slept from 10:45pm - 6:15am.

He has been getting better at tummy time as well. He tries so hard to lift his head off the ground. He is already moving his legs and butt like crazy! :)

Wyatt had his two week check up this week too. Our pediatrciain said he looked great and he was gaining weight. YEAH.

weight: 11lb. 13 1/2oz [50%]
height: 23 inches [50%]
head: 16 inches [90%]

Now, it's the battle of whether to go straight to formula or what!?! Decisions, decisions, decisions...

2 months

WOW. 2 months already. Wyatt is getting so big and long. I can't wait for his two week appointment to see how long he is. [i thought the third picture was a funny one]

Wyatt weighs 11 pounds!!! It is so fun to be able to weigh him each week at the breastfeeding support group.

He has also been cooing more and more.

This last week I got acupncture to help with my low milk supply. I haven't noticed too much of a change, but it was definitely an experience. She was a really nice lady but a little hippie-ish. She poked me in my head, shoulders, pinky fingers, knees, and feet. They are all points in which aid in your milk production. The only ones that hurt were the pinky fingers because there isn't much there! She then heated up the needles with this cigar looking thing. It was crazy but I'm glad I at least tried it.

I am enjoying every moment with our baby boy.

7 weeks.

This week Wyatt smiled for the first time. He had been smiling before, but not intentionally. [see video below]

We said goodbye to pretty much all of his newborn clothes this week and brought out the 3 months clothes. So crazy...he is getting so big! :)

He kind of has a routine going. He will let us know when he is hungry and I'll feed him

He weighed in at 10 pounds 7 ounces this week. YEAH he is gaining weight!

This week Jonathan, Sean, and Alison visited. They were so helpful and we had a blast. We will miss them.
